Refund policy

At Dubai Skincare Essentials, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to assist you with a smooth and fair refund process.

Refunds may be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the request meets the following conditions:

Clear Proof of Damage: A detailed, unedited video showing the unboxing process along with the damaged product is mandatory. This video must clearly capture the issue and should be recorded from the moment the package is opened. Photos alone may not be sufficient to validate the claim.

Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be used, tampered with, or altered in any form.

Verification & Approval: Once we receive your refund request along with valid evidence, our quality control team will review and verify the claim.
